  • Improve the quality of products and services on the basis of requirements and expectations of consumers

To implement the Policy, the management identified the main areas

  • Increasing the efficiency of the Company's  activities, its competitiveness, taking into account the interests of customers, shareholders of the company, and workforce
  • Systematic analysis of current and future requirements and expectations of consumers and their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Develop and improve the quality management system of OKOS in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and to continuously improve its effectiveness using a process approach and risk-based thinking
  • Regular training and staff development
  • Mastering new and improving existing production technologies
  • Building mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers based on trust and partnership


The management of OKOS assumes responsibility for the implementation of this Policy in the field of quality, for providing understanding and support by all employees
